is the price?
$900.00
is the starting price for single and double sided flexible circuit
designs.
How
many flexible circuits do I receive for the price?
We
run 3-5 panels (12x12) and you will receive all good parts minus x-outs.
Working area of panel is 11.5x11.5 with some part-to-part restrictions. We
use a CNC router to route parts out of the panel. See below for more details.

What
does the special price include for a single sided flexible circuit design?
The
special price includes the following:
5 (five) 12x12 panels 1oz copper with .001 Kapton on both sides. 100 pcs.

Base material: DuPont (FR) flexible circuit clad material. 1oz
copper .001 Kapton
Top Coverlay: DuPont (FR) flexible circuit adhesive based coverlay.
.001 Adhesive .001 Kapton- All solder pads on same side.
Plating: HASL over all exposed copper. Gold available at extra cost
Stiffeners: 1 Kapton stiffener (.005 Kapton) and 1 FR4 stiffener
PER design. Stiffeners applied with 3M PSA adhesive. Kapton Stiffeners
will be applied before we route parts from panel. FR4 stiffeners will be
shipped separate in a bag.
What does the special price
include for a double sided flexible circuit design?
The special price includes the
following:
3 (three) 12x12 panels 1oz copper, 2 sides, with .001 Kapton on both
sides. 100 pcs max.
Base material: DuPont (FR) flexible circuit clad material. 1oz
copper .001 Kapton 1 oz copper
Top Coverlay: DuPont (FR) flexible circuit adhesive based coverlay.

Bottom Coverlay: DuPont (FR) flexible circuit adhesive based
coverlay. .002 Adhesive .001 Kapton
CU Plating: .0007-.001 cu through hole plating.

Can
you run other panel sizes?
Yes.
We can run 12x18 panels if your design is over 11.5 inches in size. There
would be a slight up-charge for the larger panels.
May I put multiple
designs on 1 panel?
Yes. The only restriction is the copper
layer count. We cannot manufacture a single-sided and double-sided
flex on the same panel.
What
is the lead time?
Single
sided panels ship in 10 working days and double sided panels ship in 15 working days.
May
I expedite panels for an extra charge?
Yes.
Can
you silkscreen ink?
Yes.
At a small up-charge. Usually $50.00 extra.
May
I order a steel rule die at an extra charge?
Yes.
We do not mark up the steel rule dies so you pay what we get charged.
Nothing else.
May
I order extra panels?
Of
course. This is a prototype offer that we are promoting to get new
customers in this challenging new business environment. We can quote any
quantity of flexible circuitry needed.
Do
you manufacture rigid PCB's?
No.
Circuits Unlimited, Inc. is a FLEX ONLY manufacturer. Unlike other shops
on the internet that advertise flexible circuitry but DO NOT build
flexible circuitry in house, our equipment is
specially configured to run flexible circuitry only. We have over 15+
years of industry experience.
How can
I pay?
You
can pay with Visa, Master card, Amex, or PayPal. Also, we will extend net
30 terms on approved credit with a company issued Purchase Order.
Does
the price include shipping?
No.
We ship UPS or FedEx with customer supplied account numbers. Also, we can
pre-pay and add the shipping charge to your invoice.
Are
there any hidden fees?
Absolutely
not. We will evaluate your design and let you know before we accept the
order if your design is compatible with the special offer.

Panelization Information
We will panelize your design on a
12x12 panel with a minimum of .325" from cutline to cutline to accommodate
tooling holes and routing preferences. Also, we must leave a
.250" border around the perimeter of the panel making the working
area 11.5"x11.5".
